Order Statuses

Maian Cart supports unlimited order statuses. This enables you to group sales by status for archiving. The system has 5 default statuses:

Completed, Refunded, Pending, Cancelled & Despatched.

The text for these may be changed in the language file, but the default statuses may not be removed.

Chargeback
Payment Not Received
Shipped
Declined
On Hold
Awaiting Stock

Do you want orders with this status to appear on the admin dashboard/homescreen?

Statuses may be applicable to one or more payment methods, this will enable filtering by different payment methods for the same status. The default statuses will initially be applicable to all payment methods.

Use the links provided to edit or delete statuses. Use the icon to filter by payment method.
